Celebrity Cruise Packages 2010

The buzz in the cruise industry for the upcoming 2010 cruise season seems to center around the enhancements and additions to the voyages and ships operated by Celebrity in this new year. We were all enthusiastically awaiting the arrival of the new Solstice Class ships that will continue to augment their fleet over these next few years but nonetheless, that was not enough for the folks at Celebrity. Keeping in the tradition of an upscale cruise that borders upon pure luxury, Celebrity has revamped many more areas of their impressive list of shipboard amenities.

  • You can now stay in touch with family and friends thanks to the new wireless internet use areas, Internet Cafes, added to their ships. More importantly for the business person is the fact that the WIFI is available 24 hours a day. One point to know for the Mac users before arriving at the ship is that the MAC default browser (Safari) is not compatible with the Wireless network onboard. You will need to install either Firefox or Internet Explorer for MAC prior to accessing the onboard Wireless network.
  • Staterooms have been retrofitted with all new European style cotton bedding, larger 32" flat panel TV's, wireless internet access and direct dial phones with voicemail.
  • Celebrity has enhanced the dining experiences of all their cruises by taking their previously noted gourmet cuisine to even a higher level. In their main dining areas, you’ll experience a truly exceptional culinary delight. A new menu prepared through a partnership with the famous Restaurateur Elizabeth Blau has been received with great praise. Elizabeth Blau has been accredited with building Las Vegas into a top-tiered culinary destination and seems now to be looking for the same notoriety with her work on Celebrity Cruises.

Celebrity cruise packages for 2010 remain similar to last year with the exception of a few additions to the itineraries and available cruise tours.

Alaska Cruises always a popular destination offer cruise tours and cruise packages for 2009. Caribbean Cruises little needs be said for what is the #1 destination year after year. Panama Canal Cruises are the hot topic for 2009 in anticipation of the coming expansion to the canal. Australia/New Zealand Cruises always score high in the winter months, read why.

NOTE: For sailings commencing in 2009 or 2010, a fuel supplement of $10 per person, per day for the first 2 guests in a stateroom applies; each additional guest in the stateroom will be charged $5 per person, per day.
